Responsibilities:
Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as:
Replacing light bulbs Replacing ceiling tiles Handling minor low voltage electrical work Repairing or replacing broken items as needed Inspect and maintain grounds, including:
Cutting grass Trimming foliage Laying mulch Perform routine maintenance and report issues to maintain building and equipment functionality Execute property renovations as required for improvement Set up and build out retail locations, potentially involving inventory setup Demonstrate willingness to assist in areas beyond repair and maintenance Assist Maintenance Supervisor and owner when needed Employee
Qualifications:
Minimum High School education or equivalent Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Basic understanding of maintenance and repair Working knowledge of basic hand tools and lawn care tools Demonstrated adherence to neat and clean maintenance standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision Working Conditions:
Full-time position, 35-40 hours per week with potential for additional hours, mostly Monday through Friday with occasional weekends Requires sitting or standing for long periods, along with bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly Travel required to different locations throughout mid Michigan Personal vehicle required for travel, with possible overnight stays Appropriate attire required for varying working conditions, including hot and cold environments Job Type:
