Shop Foreman
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Shop Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of workers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Place production orders from customers Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in structural steel fabrication process Read Blueprints Maintain inventory in the software Knowledge of weights and measurements Knowledge of Tekla EPM or similar steel management software Be able to order the material based on cut lists Knowledge of equipment used in a steel fabrication Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Recommended Skills Communication Leadership Manufacturing Measurement And Metrology Metalworking Stock Control Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
