The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's coffee products.
The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Quality control of coffee product 5.
Coordinates with receiving/inventory 6.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment Competencies 1.

Team Player Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment Warehouse hazards, Forklift traffic, Burn hazards, occasionally lifting of 100-150 lbs.

Physical Demands FINGER DEXTERITY:
Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
TALKING:
Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately or quickly.
AVERAGE HEARING:
Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Aware of changes in how a machine runs.
REPETITIVE MOTIONS:
Movements frequently and regularly using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers and use of legs and back for lifting AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES:
Average, ordinary acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery or forklifts PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
Standing/walking on cement 8
hours a day; Constant repetition and routine when operating production machine.
Must be able to team lift 150lb coffee bags onto pallets once every 2 weeks Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.

Possible Overtime as required, Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED.
