Part-Time Grocery Merchandiser - Flushing/Clio

LaJoy Group is hiring for a long term position as a Part Time Grocery Sales Merchandiser servicing Aunt Millie's baked goods. We are seeking candidates for the Flushing and Clio areas.
Duties:
- Arranging, sorting, stocking and pulling items out onto the sales floor.
- Maintain an organized and an orderly work environment both on the sales floor and in the back room.
- Interact, communicate and make suggestions to customers on a daily basis.
- Rotating product based on expiration date.
- Identifying and removing any stale, expired or smashed product.
- Communicate all issues, in store and out of the stores, to the proper people including other merchandiser's and management.
- Operate your personal vehicle in a safe and courteous fashion.
Schedule:
- This will be a part time position, averaging about 20-25 hours per week.
- Candidates must be flexible to work evenings (2-4 hour shifts) and all day Wednesday/Sundays (7-9 hour shifts).
- Must be available to work holidays.
Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or GED
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work independently on own.
- Be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a background check, drug test, physical, and lumbar evaluation.
- Must be available to travel to multiple cities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
